Creation and History
At Green Globe Labs we are passionate about educating our children with the truth. This begins with the question Who we are? Why are we here? Where we are going? How did we get here? One of the theories taught in schools is that humans evolved in a process of blind natural selection. That there is no intelligent designer. The process of an intelligent designer is taught by the Bible. According the Bible God created the universe, non-human living creatures and humans in a certain order and then it talks about an event Noah’s flood. Even though the Bible is not be treated as a science book, it cannot mislead people in a broad scheme of the truth. Bible does not talk about creating some creatures (Dinosaurs, for instance), destroy them at a point and then create human beings. If humans were created in a process of natural selection, however, it is plausible that dinosaurs existed sixty five million years before humans evolved. This theory was broadly accepted in the scientific communities and the theory found its way into school text books.
If dinosaurs and humans lived 65 million years apart we can expect the layers of earth’s strata to hold the fossils of dinosaurs and humans at widely different layers. Archeological facts, however, indicate that this is not the case. In fact, excavations throughout the world indicate that humans and dinosaurs lived together. Then there are artifacts with the images of various types of dinosaurs. They could have drawn the images of dinosaurs on pottery, etc. only by existing together with them. It is too farfetched to think that they were all coincidences.
This begs a question “why these facts are not reflected in text books?” People who want to push the theory of evolution are not going to be interested in negate their theory by considering the geological evidence that disproves their theory. The burden falls on people who want the truth to be taught to our children. We hope this triggers an interest in you to research this further. Unless we choose to invest time and other resources available to us to teach the truth our children are going to be confused as to who is correct. Are my parents correct or is the school text book correct. If the creation part of the Bible is not true why should I believe that any other part of the Bible? If the morals taught in the Bible need not be believed, why anything that is taught by the Church need to be considered? Then why people are fighting over right and wrong?
Please give importance that this topic deserves. We realize that this topic is not an easy black and white type topic. The larger the camp that believes in truth, the powerful it gets and more influential it becomes in our society.
